Yes, they gave her cleavage. They took that lovely corset and made it into a plunging neckline.

That is less sexy! And not simply because that was a pretty corset, but because the way that’s drawn, her breasts no look like they’re being pulled apart and flattened. In the effort to show more skin they have actually de-emphasized her breasts, and not in a positive way.
